Conway Land Title Company

 

The oldest title company in Lake County, was recently honored as the Business of the Year by the Eastern Lake County Chamber of Commerce, only a year after being awarded the top producing agency in Ohio by their underwriter Westcor Land Title Insurance Company.

 

Neil J. Conway, President

Neil is an attorney and functions as Conway Land Title’s chief executive officer for escrow services and title review. He has been a frequent author and lecturer on a range of title topics for trade associations,  bar associations and Lake Erie College. Neil graduated from Cathedral Latin School (now NDCL); and went on to receive a BSBA from John Carroll University; an MBA from Suffolk University (Boston); and a JD from the University of the District of Columbia (UDC) where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. He was also a former Officer in the United States Army. Neil has also been a volunteer for several non profits and youth coach in rugby and baseball. He was recently selected for the the 2023 President's Award by the Lake County Bar Assn. for outstanding avhievement and awarded the Irish American Peace Prize by the Irish National Caucus of Washington, D.C. for years of humanitarian advocacy to bring peace and social justice to Ireland.

 

Maureen C. Dolan, Vice President

Specializing in Marketing and Customer Service, Maureen’s community involvement includes being Executive Director of the Western Reserve Community Development Corporation and former Board Chair of the Downtown Painesville Organization. She is also a officer in both the Western Reserve Junior Service League and President Elect of Painesville Rotary. Maureen’s resume includes bachelors and masters degrees from Georgetown University, where she captained the Women's Basketball Team. Maureen also earned a law degree from UDC. She is fluent in Spanish, thereby adding bilingual closing services for Lake County’s growing Hispanic community.

 

Mary Sekki, Office Manager

Mary brings over thirty years of title examining and escrow experience to the company’s key administrative position. Her roots and family ties are deep in the community. She attended Painesville Harvey High School and Lakeland Community College in Mentor, Ohio.

 

Lois Crowley, Policy Administration

Lois brings over 25 years of experience in title policy administration and people skills. She attended Ursuline College locally.

Danielle Nelson, Legal and Company Administration

Adds service and support as well as being a dedicated mother from Willoughby. Attended Lakeland Community  College.

Dean Kelly,

Originally from Dublin, Ireland Dean adds support for Conway Law Office Ltd. and Conway Land Title Company.

LLB Griffith College, Ireland, LLM and PHD in Law from Case Western Reserve University. Hockey coach with with the Cleveland Barons girls AAA. Dean's hockey resume includes playing defense on two IIHF World Championship teams for the Republic of Ireland.
